Time:
All orders are
processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive
another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship Pan India and also globally, shipping charges may vary for all
orders. We dispatch our products via Standard shipping but offer
Express as well. Express shipping rates are charged as per actuals.
Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are made from 9 am to 9 pm on Monday to Saturday. We
will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided
at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Payment
Policy:
We accept
payments via Credit, Debit Cards, UPI, and Netbanking. Cash on delivery options
is not currently available.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy:
At ChiggiWiggi Art & Resin Products, we are committed to providing you with
the best shopping experience possible. In the rare event that you need to
return an item, we’ve outlined our policy below to ensure a smooth and
hassle-free process.
Return &
Replacement Policy:
Products once
sold cannot be returned. In case you receive a damaged product please email us
at: info@chiggiwiggi.com within 24 hours of the package delivery with a
video of unboxing the products. (Unboxing Video is Mandatory) In such a
case, we offer an instant replacement if the product is available, or we make
new piece(s) as a replacement. It typically takes 2-3days to make a new
piece. In case a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.
Cancellation
Policy:
Pre-Shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel
has not been shipped yet, you can call or message us on WhatsApp at 8585977799.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed
within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request. It might take
additional 2-3 business days for your bank or payment instrument to refund your
money back to the account.
Post Shipment:
If the order or the item(s) was shipped and handover
to courier partner than no any refund will be issue.
